Concurrent Symposium
Organize an expert lunchtime educational session on a topic of your choice.
Concurrent Symposia are 60 minutes long and run during lunchtime (12:45-13:45). Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. -
Mini Symposia
Are you a smaller company? Mini Symposia are a new addition to NeuPSIG 2023 that allows smaller companies to have a voice.
15-minute presentation slots are allotted in one of the main session rooms. Mini Symposia are only available to companies who have a booth in the Exhibit Hall. -
Hands-on Practical Workshop
Provide product support or educational materials and technical teams to facilitate hands‑on practical workshops.
Hands-on Workshops take place Thursday 7 September.

- 30 JUNE 2023: Full payment deadline
- 15 JULY 2023: Deadline to submit text for final program
- 15 JULY 2023: Space only booth plans submitted for approval
- 1 AUGUST 2023: Compilation of all exhibition services supplier requests
- 1 AUGUST 2023: Deadline of hotel room bookings and or changes
- 1 AUGUST 2023: Confirmation of booth
